crazy money quad core good spec although there is little software that can make full use of it yet

only 2gb of ram also, i would expect at least 4 considering thats vistas sweet spot

yup, Id expect 4GB for that sort of money, probably PhysX, either a HD or Blu-Ray and water cooled.

he built his own and it cost £3.5k....what the hell kind of spec is it? As TBH I wouldnt of gone for the Quad core for that sort of priced spec!

should have either waited or gone for the cheaper core 2 duos and overclocked to 3-4ghz imo

pretty much what the marketing team wanted yo to believe

they spin fast but for the ££ the size/access/read/write times make bigger quick drives like the seagate spinpoints a better buy

is the spec reasonable then, would you say its around the best spec out atm

ps i cant find seagate spinpoints..did you mean samsung, mate buys all his stuff from ocuk

ive seen better for cheaper, for £150 he could have a core 2 duo E6600 chip and overclock to 4ghz.

Grahics could have been a better setup (SLI etc)

Hard drive is only 300gig

i think he's got 2 western digital 500gb ones too so thats 1300GB storage
