pretty much what the marketing team wanted yo to believe   
 
they spin fast but for the ££ the size/access/read/write times make bigger quick drives like the seagate spinpoints a better buy

ive seen better for cheaper, for £150 he could have a core 2 duo E6600 chip and overclock to 4ghz. 
 
Grahics could have been a better setup (SLI etc) 
 
Hard drive is only 300gig
