Its been coming on the last few days, normally it goes off after a short period but it has been staying on lately.If i was to get a diagnostic test done wud i have to go to a specific vauxhall garage or just a regular garage???any ideas how much it costs to do??
also does this indicate an electrical fault or cud it be something else?

Does'nt have to be Vauxhall no, we have the stuff at our place and i'm sure there is a few more about. Get the yellow pages out and ring a few places see who has the stuff.

most small garages also have diagnostic machines now mate. ring around a few of your local garages and try and get a quote. i know vauxhall up here charge around £50 to have your car put on the diagnostic machine.
