thats the second one I have seen done. Reyland have done one as well on a corsa, might be worth trying them for more info.

a very interesting concept as with all the trouble people have with spongy pedal feel. surely this isnt an easy swap with the ford parts. going to have a look under a mondeo next time ime at the scrappy i think to get a better idea

a lot of it depends on the brakes you are using, my Reyland 4pots have a fantastic pedal feel, not spongy and very little pedal travel.

agreed however there are many corsa owners with crappy pedal feel with notning they can do with regards to the master cylinder. impo this would be huge in the corsa mod scene if it was a fairly easy mod and if the results were much improved on the standed gsi one

can you not just use the master cylinder off the 2.0 to match the calipers?

no because the corsa one is mounted in such a way that a larger one will foul the bonnet, hense using a different servo and master cylinder could solve the problem. sounds easy but try and do it and you realise its abit more tricky than it sounds

time has come to make this work. took the servo and cylinder out the corsa as engine is out for rebuilding. anyone no what resevior reyland used as the mondeo one is sideways mounted. corsa one would work as it has a 90degree section to make the cap sit on the top (if you no what i mean) but the spacing between the lugs are totally different to the ford. was hoping maybe something like an rs turbo one may fit. anyone got pics of any ford reserviors please?

heres the ford one (actually a escort td but very similar to the mondeo) obviously unsuitable due the the shape/cap location
