what is the paperclip test, also does anyone know where i can get it plugged onto the computer cheaper then £40

search on here using the search facility mate and all will become clear.The paperclip test will cost you the price of a paperclip and will do the job!

If it's flashing than it sounds like an immobiliser problem.

Could be a number of things. You can replace sensors and pick ups all day long but never solve it. The best bet is to check here for the paper clip test http://www.topbuzz1.carenthusiasts.co.uk/info/fault_codes/fault_codes.htm

Or, you could take it to Vaux and get ripped off.

if theres anyone around e yorks theat can do it for me id pay them, i carnt find the specs for my car it says only from 1993-97
