Ive seen a set of new alloys i want on ebay,what i want to know is will they fit without rubbing,also how much could i lower it with them on?

Theyre 17's with 205/40/17 tyres and offset 42.

ermmm, I know the best offset for Corsa's are ET49 and am 99% sure you won't get any rubbing with 49. No idea about 42 though.

i had 16's with a 50 profile tyre and lowered 40mm and it scrubbed like fuck

id say et42 isnt all that bad. I think you would get away with it. If not you may just need to debolt your rear arches.

ive got et45 and mine just scrub on the sidewall.
only on one side though.....

hammering it out soon dont think it needs grinding away
