Take off the horn, undo the big nut until theres a couple of threads still left on then pull like fuck.

It shouldn't do. You could get a steering wheel puller if your worried.

feet on dash either side of the wheel thats how i got ine off in my old corsa.

i rang a mate and he showed me a quicker way by banging the wheel to shock it loose then it just comes off, sounds easier than it really is though

I've hit either side of the steering wheel with a rubber mallet too!

when you have undone the bolt just leave it on a bit and tap the back of the wheel so it pops off

yeh leave nut on a few threads, then i switched ignition on and wobbled the wheel, spring popped it off

I tried all the feet on dash techniques first, to the point where my dash was bending

Then I used my practical wizardry and bodged a puller from a rope staple and two groundbolts
