im about to refit my original steering wheel and would like to ask a couple of questions first.

1 - how far do i wind the steering wheel down (e.g. the center nut all the way to the bottom of the thread etc)?

2 - do the 2 piece of plastic beneath the steering wheel have to be refitted before or after the steering wheel has been refitted or does it not matter?

also which pieces of plastic, the trim ???
