when i raise my electric window(the drivers side) it judders and some times goes back down on it own 
took door card off and tryed having a look... beats me
what could it be

I take it you mean the window judders and not the car?
My mate had a similar problem in his mum Cinquencento. It was basically the bit that raises it up and down, either the motor or what actually holds the window in place...

Sounds like its just tight on the runners, spray some silicone spray down them or graphite powder. WD40 will prob be ok too, but just a bit more messy.
