Just got my 94 sri and it's sometimes hard to get it in 1st and 2nd gear, kinder misses second and goes into forth, any ideas?

Try resetting the gearlinkage.

If you need to get it in 1st when you've pulled up to traffic lights etc and it won't go in, put it in 2nd then straight upto 1st with your foot still on the cluth obviously. Works a treat in my car!

could be a number of things.

I would start by looking at the gear linkages, then the clutch... and worst case would be ring gears or synchro's inside the gear box.
