say a boot for example using cans how should you apply the laquer?
So in order:
Prime, rub down, prime again
Paint, rub down, paint again (repeat till you have a good finish)
Then you rub the paint down again? & apply laquer?
Do you need multiple coats of laquer? Do you rub down in between the coats of this? What grade do I use?
Cheers

use some panel wipe / rubbing compound, ie. the £4 in a tin stuff from carplan.
that removes laccuer/cellulose (orange peel effect), then clean it well before applying laccuer, it will get you the best finish, no need to sand
