Check to see if the pads are loose in the carriers. They may be jiggling up and down and rattling.

Not sure then! You'd know if the discs weren't fitted properly as they wouldn't locate when you fitted them, are the pads sticking at all?

that comes back to point of using copper grease usually when they stick it would be that there isnt enough grease on them

Everything fitted corectly I take it? Did you see if the pads were rattling up and down in the carriers?

Jack the corner up and just spin the wheel side to side quite quickly see if they are rattling.

nah, there not rattleing, i noticed that the retaining screw isnt in... could it be the disc wobbleing? cos i would have thought the wheel and wheel bolts would of held that one

Nah then retaining screw wont make a difference, like you said the wheel holds that all together anyway. Check there is no stones or anything behind the shield on the back, or check you have'nt bent that. Basically just make sure nothing is fouling on the disc.

It's more likely to be a disc problem than pad.

If it's clicking, it may be a warped disc.

if it only happens when you turn right could it posibly be the cv joint. if so it wouldnt make the noise when the car is jscked up as there is no load on the joints
