i have a air filter cone that came with the car (1.2) when i brought it and i want to get another one as it sounds rubbish. I know it wont improve performance but i want noise mainly i was thinking either the KN cone one or Pipercross foam one which is noiser?

P.s i read about drilling air box but wana keep it so i can put it back on when i come to sell it

air filter dont make tht much ov a difference on 1.2 i have a k&n 1 on mine and it sounds the same ur best bet is to take the silencer out and have a 4" backbox or sumthin.

for noise get a piper cross vector i think it is.

yer i got backbox. But doesnt taking out the silencer loose pressure or sumfing. i cant find a vector only a viper kit for about £250!! you sure it is vector?

cheers for the website found the rite 1 but it dont say whether it comes with fitting stuff any 1 know if it does?

of corse it does m8. it should come with the filter hose clips a little bracket and some dirt retaining spray... mine did neway

air filter last for miles, like a million miles when cleaned lol.

danny lads is ya best bet.
