i think the cv joint is going on the van
possibly the outer, how do you check which one is going?
tried lock to lock etc
itll click under load going fowards and backwards ever so slightly about twice then its quiet

Might be worth a check.

Drive round in a circle on full lock and you will hear it clicking/rattling. Get a mate to put his ear to it to hear which side its coming from.
