alrite guys
my little white corsa is crying out for more power, and soon il be after a Dbilas inlet, exhaust manifold and blueflame stainless system, tempted to stick a piper-x viper on there too
nothing silly, realistically what power will i be looking at?

125 bhp
for another £900 on top of that you could be looking at 150+ bhp if you spend it wisely

indeed avoid the dlbas inlet as its pony and you only benefit from it greatly when you raise the rev limit to 7500. Ths is similar to the Mantzel.
will prolly need cams headwork and exhaust and raised rev limit to get near to 150 but then again each engine is different.

dbilas= £500
manifold and exhaust= £500
Viper= £150
Remap= £350
Arp rod bolts= £100
sbd rollers= £100
power will probably be around 140 bhp for £1700 and its not a 'real' 140 bhp
spend that £1700 on tb's and you should see around 150 bhp from an otherwise standard engine. with lots of scope for further tuning. the dbilas/ mantzel route is a bit of a dead end as I found out to my cost.

i had 130bhp with the same spec bar the inlet, mine was lexmaul.
needs a remap to make good of the upper rev range. my set up would have made 10bhp less without the map.

mine used more fuel with the mantzel set-up. on the tb's im cosistemtly getting 38mpg with optimax. the difference is in the mapping. its all in the mapping
