Its all lined up until you go for the test turnover and the slack causes it to fall out of place

leave the tensioner off completely untill you have it around all the other pulleys...

the inlet pulley will need to be wound back slightly to get the teeth on it to go into the belt..

yeh... it may not look right when you do it... but when you rotate the engine a few times the marks should line up spot on... if they dont theres a problem...

if you look at the exahaut cam its probably slightly down... it 'falls' into that postion anyways...

the slack in between the pulleys need to be taken up before tightening the tensioner so have someone applying pressure on the inlet pulley (anti-clockwise) to take up the slack and then you tighten the tensioner.
