I have a set of Hi spec four pots which I am very happy with as they tend to work well when needed, howver I have put up with a spongy brake pedal feel every since I had the car. I will have a rear brake disc conversion done soon to improove this pedal feel.

However receently on occassion I have found my brake pedal to hit the floor and this lead to many a brown trouser moment. Once i've pumped it a few times its ok. Mainl happens when i first start the car which is wierd

What you reckon? Dodgy Servo? Master Cylinder? Rear brake Cylinders?

exactly what my brakes are doing at the moment. I've just bled the whole system today, found loads of air in it. do you hear any noises when the pedal goes to the floor?
