From Autovaux about £80. From Vauxhall about £230.
Not sure about the SBD pressure release valve -- I never bothered (it's not like a normal pump doesn't have a release valve anyway). Prolly only worth buying if you up your rev limit and/or really push your car hard.
If that's the case I'd probably say get a reinforced pump anyway (I know Regal sell them althgouh I'm not sure that's great advice  ) -- the gears on the standard item are made of plastic and aren't particularly durable. I blew one up just due to a little dirt in the oil cooler which hadn't been flushed 100%!

i paid £90 for a new pump.
also bought the steel gear and nylon valve, but then regretted it soon after.
I'd only get the uprated bits if your using the old pump.
if you're buying a new pump anyway then it's *probably* not worth it.
