How you gonna manage this you f*cker?

run emmisions on another car.... loads of garages do it for cars with out cats!

Yes but the garage in question has 2 MOT inspectors that are both complete and utter jobsworths and would not entertain this kind of idea in a million years.

They have FAILED the cars of fellow techs for the most appalingly paltry things that should have been advises at most, or just mentioned in passing.

Can vauxhall trace the engine number back to the car it was originally issued with?

Have you thought of finding a dodgy MOT place that will ignore the emissions? (Willay does not encourage this type of behaviour )

i dont know of any round here!

Vauxhall told me that they need to know the reg and car details to proove the year. and that the engine number cant trace a cars details.

i need a dodgy place. its gotta be done before pvs

woo hoo, just been to vauxhall and shown them my v5 with the engine number on. and...... they are going to test it to pre cat limits coz my engine numbers 20xe not c20xe. lets just hope it passes the precat test

Sri-Co: if it fails again then i'll have a look for the adjuster

Can get a decat too if it does pass as the engine is out of an astra mk2 vauxhall have told me.

mines overfuelling too i think adam, but im hoping that when i put the throttle bodies on, i can regulate how much fuel goes in.
