just out of interest what ur cars top speed,at the mo im only getting about 50 on a flat,maybe 70-75 on a hill but going up hill i can hit a sound breaking 40mph...nightmare and dangerious on the motorway espcially when im trying to join from a slip road!!

no i have got 4 plugs lol...although u wouldnt know it fro it performance lol.

i used to use redex,they do a small 1 shot bottle for 99p and i used to use that for a while but i didnt really notice any difference.can u pur that stuff down the plug holes? and can i use it to clean the black oily gunk from the throttle body? aslo niticed that the acualy injector plug and surround is quite black and oily too...it never used to be,when i first got the car it was clean as a whistle,all started going wrong when i got the bloody back box fitted.the garage who fitted it kept my old back box so i aint even got the old 1 to put back on

bin the backbox.
Clean oil out of TB by spraying in carb cleaner whislt reving the car to about 2k (remove air filter and spray, or read instruction on can of 10k boost LOL )

dont bother with redex, and dont spray it into the chambers either. Most additives are just a waste of time

its a 2000 V plate 1.0 12v shell, fitted with a 2.1 16v with Throttle Bodies and 8000rpm limit

when u say Clean oil out of TB by spraying in carb cleaner whislt reving the car to about 2k,do i take of the tb cover and then do it? i aint got a rev counter so ill have to guess the rpm lol

flash git lol..well mines a 1.2 8valve..0-60 in about 40 seconds,36bhp and fitted with the throttle bodies of a milk float and i bet ya can get a girl to orgasm by resting her against ya steering wheel lol..lol..lol

just spraying it into the intake pipe before the throttle body will be fine.

SERVICE the car though.

i brought carb cleaner 2day and took off the TB cover and cleaned it and then sprayed it while it was idling(cut out a few times lol) i also cleaned out the brwather hoses and put a bttle of red-x into the tank.somthings happend coz it idling better and i can get a top speed of around 90 now lol.can i spray the carb cleaner into the spark plug holes as the plugs were a bit oily when i last looked about a 2 weeks ago?

but the plugs are only a few months old,same as the ht leads.apartf from a bit of oil which i got a wire brush to they look ok.....although i did notice a dark ring around the top of the lug on the white bit just below the contact where the ht leads plug onto.

the plugs are only a few months old and covered in oil..... A1 condition then
