im changing the water pump timing belt and tesioner
it says in haynes i need a special tool
is this really needed?
ay hint's tips would be appreciated

no the tool is not needed , its a tool with prongs on , i used a couple of scredrivers

i used a screwdriver and hammer and just tapped it round .. carefully!

i just used a few 2-3mm allen keys, just as good a job!
tbh you could get away with the prong things like you use to remove car radios, just trim the ends & bend them a little! job done!
