got an oil leak on the xe, now there's a suprise lol. but i wanna steam clean off all the engione and bay, is his recomended, dad siad just cover the dizzy obviously and everything else will be fine, however i'm not so sure

what do you guys think?

Keep engine running, avoid blasting around the starter area.

Basically

>remove airfilter
cover:
>fuel relay
>dizzy
>battery
>put a carrier bag under the spark plug cover so no water leaks into the bores
>cover alternator
>cover coil

After the engines warm spray gunk all over the areas that need cleaning aggitate with a brush then start engine and spray with either a jet wash or a steam cleaner.
