Ive got a 1.2 ls,not much of an engine to clean but would like to give it a try. whats the best way to go about this??

Don't really know but I've got another 1.4 8v going in mine getting it all solvent dipped then shot blasted that shud look good.....

Totally irrelevant to you but there you go !!!

try getting sum strong cloth like emery cloth on the block and giving it sum good old elbow grease ???

Can't see any way of getting it really clean (i.e the block aswell as the head) with out it being out of the bay?

yea

steam cleaning is the way to go. i had my old feista steam cleaned before i sold it. it does wonders

give it a go, i dont think its too expensive

think u can DIY steam clean with a wallpaper stripper and a special attachment u can buy extra.. just a thought..
