Hello,

I have a Vauxhall Corsa B 1.2 16v, which I had lowered 60mm on G-Max springs, original shocks, 16" wheels.

I am getting quite concerned that the car is dangerous to drive it handles really badly, hits every minor bump in the road like its just driven off the edge of a cliff. Is there anything I/you can do.

How much will it cost for me to get a good set of springs and dampers / strut brace etc... that will stop all of this and make my car safe again.

Kind Regards

Rich

ur prob isnt needing a strut brace, its just getting uprated dampers to match ur springs, cos the reason ur car bounces everywhere is it keeps hitting the bumpstops as the springs are too short. Its recommended anything over abot 45mm drop and u need to change the dampers too.

have same problem 2 u mate but minds only 30mm all round - still stupidly bumpy.

any local grage should fit them for you if you got hold of a decent set of dampers.

mine is gettin really bad for handling but thw problem with mine is one of the dampers is fcuked, you need to change the dampers especially if its a 60 mm drop i was adviced not to do a drop of 60mm without uprating the dampers

to be honest your ride is going to be like a brick if your using shocks and springs going that low. Springs are probably coilbound or your probably running on the bump stops all the time. Best bet i think is height adjustable coilovers
