first of all she was driving up her street which the goes thru 2 blocks of houses with backings this guy has drove out of the backings and into her passenger side front wing! theres not much damage but it needs sorting.

he has said that he would rather pay to get it fixed by a mate of his who has a garage. were i have said id like it to be done at a garage i use and trust.iv been and got a quote for the work wich has only come to £180.the guy said this is to much and he recons he can get it cheaper of his mate or otherwise he'll go through the insurance and claim it wasnt his fault and that jen my gf was speeding! even if he said that its still his fault isnt it????
he said we can take it to the garage he wants to use so i can check the place out or do u think we shud go through the insurance?

Unless youve got witnessses, its easy for both parties to blame the other person, and insurance companies are all to happy to claim 50/50 so they get to screw both people out of money .

As said above you need indepenant witness really, doesnt help that damage is on fort of your gf's car he could just say he was stopped and she drove straight into him. Speeding will not come into it anyway can't be proven.

fuck him , if he wants to be a cock , you do the same , tell your bird and her mate to go see the doctor about her sore neck , then contact the police and say hes been aggressive , then fuck him over and get a claim in , he will of wished hed of payed up £180 instead of 2 x £2000 claims for whiplash and a £1000 bill from vauxhal for the car fixing .

id of smashed the wanker between his eyes if hed of said that to me

Just take the wheels and suspension off before anybody comes to inspect it.

If you can get the money and sort it yourself i'd personally do that.
Whether it was your fault or not you still need to write down you've made a claim normally.

if he is going to pay up what you want get the money and don't go through insurance, she won't lose her no claims......even if you did go through insurance it's a non fault claim..
