as above really, was malling around in the engine bay, and found a wire thats melted

goes from the main loom to the eninge, just behind the powersteering pump, i'm thinking maybe its the sensor for the crank shaft

in the pic, if you cant tell, you got the exhaurst manifold at the top right, rad along the bottom, top rad pipe on the left of the pic, the powersteeling pump and pipe off that in the middle of the pic (thats also split

)

get the fecker changed and see what happens... scrapyard jobby, i think the 8v one is the same (they'll be hundreds of 8v's in scrappies)

C20NE, any 2.0 8v vaux i think... theres no redtops in any scrappy near me at all, all 8v cavs callys and carltons

was 2 in the one were i go and one in another one not so far away.
