my xe head is away being tested the now and been quoted £150+vat from local company to sort it and there meant to be vauxhall tuning specialists but he said they dont offer any warrenty but said 9 times out of 10 there fine. Head is still at company where it was pressure tested so waiting for their quote, worth paying more for a company that can guarentee the work i presume depending how much?

mine was repaired by v-tuning, but i'm still getting the mix.
i can't say wether it's still porosity or something else. could be that the head is cracked or something.

well mine has been pressure tested and that and was told it was repairable so will just need to wait and see. it may be that there is still just oil in the water system still after you repaired the head. http://www.v-tuning.com/Oil%20and%20Water%20Problems.htm some info can be found there. Hope i can get mine sorted as sick as looking at the header tank and acutally seeing 5mm of oil floating on the water! gonna flush mine out again after 1k miles and replace all the hoses
