Am wanting a GSI corsa (gotta sweet talk the parents, but not happening at the mo :mad. What are common things people have found go wrong with them? and what are the common things to look for? i.e. rust in certain areas.

am looking to spend £2000 or just under on one. thanks

Cracked B pillars
Oil burning engines
Dodgy idle - not major but a pain in the arse
Tatty bodywork - bumpers & skirts etc not cheap to replace
Chassis leg rot and battery tray rot
