Author strange clicky noise?

right when i go along quite slowly not over 10mph, with my foot roughly 5% on the throtle i can hear this weird clicking noise coming from my pass side wheel?
ive checked for any plastics knocking?
checked the cv?
carnt see anything else touching anything to do with the wheel?
you guys got any ideas???
it doesnt sound at all healthy
