i need to swap to cables going into my adaptor at the back of my stereo and i just cannot get the little feckers out.

anybody help me to do this?

Its easier just to snip the wires and use butt ends to swap them over. You run the serious risk of damaging the iso plug pins which can leave you in a right pickle.
