Ive heard someone mention before the bigger the sub the more air it moves. Is this correct? Also are there any other noticable differences? Ive got a 10" at the moment and that seems to shift plenty of air

yup your correct - but also the bigger the skin the lower the bass can go, but the looser the kicks/bass will be.
So if you want it louder, but still tight etc then just get another 10" and you will be pushing twice the air and it will still sound alright

Not looking to change just yet, but was just wondering what the bebefits were from different sizes. Fancy a couple of subs next tho in a decent little install

mayeb a cupple of decent 10inch subs if u wanting to keep that tight punchy sound
