whats the best plan of action to take regarding a pourus head,

the first is obvious find a coscast ?? (hens teeth)

or have the head filled with resin ??

what about sleeving is it worth lookin into that ??

V-tuning will sleeve the head while its still in the car for £180 I think it is, which save a strip down.
