fited them as i thought they should be  german instructions are no use.
when i put the wheel on and lowered it back down the top mont where the damper protrudes with a bolt raises up and is not tight as should be, any 1 no how or why

If its loose when the car is back on the floor get your torque rench now and see if its as tight as it should be.
May be rong but just an idea.

You need to use some of the parts from the original strut.
