is it summat along the lines of switch it off, keep hold of AS, switch it on, while holding AS and wait for the beep?

yet the above is correct did this yesterday, when you hear the beep let go of AS and then it will say how many times you have left to enter the code mine was '10' and then you press the 1 for the 1st digit and press it again for 2 ont he 1st digit, 3 taps for 3 on the 1st didgit etc etc. Press and hold AS and wait for the beep again and then the radio will work.

^^ Nope - ignition off completely. Hold down AS. Ignition on. It will beep. Enter code. Hold down AS to enter. Jobbeth done.
