theres an orange connector under the drivers seat. this is usually the problem. check theres a good contact or cut the plugs off and solder the wires together.

It's the connector under the seat, it's a common 306 fault. The airbag isn't gunna go off randomly, no need to worry, it just won't go off in an accident either. The easiest way to stop it reoccuring is to cut the connector off and solder the wires, like Stingray said.

I got mine fixed the first time the TD did it, then I found out it was a common fault so I've just left it now it's back. I'll get around to fixing it properly some day.

I thought it might be summit serious, i will leave it for now, i have got lazy with my motor, 73'000 and havnt changed the belt yet, eekk its sat at home, some homo put the cam covers on wrong making it impossible to get em off so not bothered yet, plus the inlet and IC is full of oil, must be too much boost and knackered turbo seals
