whats the posible bhp for a c20xe running on tb`s?
would it require a cam? anyone in northampton area running a c20xe on tb`s? or a let ?

dont need a cam but may aswell, and get head work, with inlet and exhaust matched up....... looking at 180-190bhp mapped up properly........ i dont know anyone round here with a 2ltr never mind tbs or a let...... know of a 1.6 getting tb's soo ntho

will be sorted soon, the light stays off al lthe time so dunno whats up with it, will be sorted in few weeks

sbd can get about 300bhp out of an xe on tb's but its £0000000000000's

over 200bhp for a few grand id guess. they sound evil

I built a 20XE corsa on TB's in june, I'm of jct 9 M1. Use DTH bodeis from QED or SBD tapers ones if you have lots of money burnign a hole in your poeckt. ofr jsut tB's and mapping you'll be looking at abotu £2000, and expect abotu 185-195BHP from them.

www.sbdev.co.uk for a quick idea. there is a 290bhp kit for the 20xe, and 250 for the 16xe

i have an xe on diablis t/b they are ok but not as good as the jenveys though do have them for the turbo

I am doing this at the moment. I have the 1.6 with SBD tapers, but swapping it for a 2.0 and putting the TBs on that. Sould go pretty well (not that slow at the
moment TBH)

I haven't got any pics of them installed, but it's got 40mm trumpets on. I know with the tapers you can run longer trumpets in there.

cool, I have 40mm ones just now so they should go fine. Did you have to modify the bulkhead in any way?

a 225 kit is gonna be about 2500 and i know i can build and mildly tune a let for that tho, o the choices
