Got a problem with the car. when i drive off in the morning the car jurks quite a lot and gets better the more you drive it. It occurs more when the car has been standing still. Any ideas. 1.4 16v engine.

damp HT leads/coil pack
damp in cylinders (but should only be for a few seconds if thats it)
need an oil change?
