Got my new graphics card today and just put it in. Came with a game called Counter Strike but it uses a program called Steam to play iy online. Has anyone used this program before and is it any good ???

Can't see why you'd need to use a 3rd-party app to get online with CS... it's been designed for online/multiplayer gaming and you can connect to games from the game menu.

Give Sierra support a call. A mate used to work at EB and kept opening boxes to get the serial numbers so we could play online but the games were always getting bought and used legitimately so Sierra had to block the serials.

If you've put the number in, you'll probably have to delete the key in the registry to get it to ask you for the serial again.

It keeps asking for the serial but says it's wrong yet that serial works for the game
