Have a look.

It needs a good clean..

What to use
How to go about it
etc..Cleaning diff parts etc..


by the way it's an old pic...But still as dirty
No silver wipers
Diff mirrors etc on it....

engine cleaner and degreaser, spray on, scrub tuff spots, be sure 2 cover ne electrical or intake inlet bits, rinse off

Easy to do or have to scrub for ages
might have a go on saturday.....

Bit of elbow grease and some polish for the paint work, maybe some brasso for any metal

polish
brasso etc..

And hard work...

need to get it lookin a bit better like...

Just spend a good while under there with the radio on mate, clean everything that you can and put some polish and gloss on everything that is paint, should feel the unerside of my bonnet i sware i have far tooooo mcuh time on my hands

what about the hoses etc.....How u clean them..?

I've got a bonnet cover thing on the underside....

Looking at my bay u reckon it will come up ok ?

what about the ecotec cover? Will that clean up u reckon?

stoney got any pics directly from aboce..What about manifold cover etc?

take the cover off it makes your car sound louder just spend time cleaning everything maybe some Auto Glym bumper care on all black stuff just improvise mate you'll figure it out polish underside of your bonnet as well god i could type for hours about cleaning

take tha thing off spose 2 hinder performance i heard if all else fails get the chrome stuff 2 go in ther instead, u shud get tha des

The rocker cover on mine went orangey browny with heat. dont they all do this?

howcome this 1 looks mint. dont they all go orangey with the heat?

tyre shine i used Tyre silk comes in a big spray tin fooooooking best stuff i have ever used and i sware by auto glym everything.

the orangyness is actually a wax that isput on from the factory and over time it goes that colour you can just clean it off with gunk or something. Jason sounds like a plan mate

trust me that orangy stuff WILL come off with some time and maybe a 2 pence peice . Mav mate that is sooooooo tempting even for a day trip out of this place
