What were the emsisions fail on Hc or CO, if the HC is normal and the CO is high then you've got a lame cylinder, have you checked for airleaks?
And if the HC is high then, like miles say cam timing and CTS.

this might sound daft but have u considered to CAT to be dead??? had this on a 106 stupid emission levels and the guy pointed at the lambda sensor and CAT being at fault, both have no been changed and im hoping its all sorted but u cud potentially have the same problem!

Failed my MOT last month for high emissions.
Needed a new oxygen sensor and cat.
