I bumped me wheel on a curb wen it was icey as a mofo and managed 2 curb me whell and bend my track rod. Can i get a new 1, if so ow much, or do i have 2 replace da steerin rack??????? iv bent it where the thread is where it can b adjusted.
Ne help would b great!

right...if u have power steering, u need 2 replace the whole rack.
i put a new 1 on my non pas yesterday, peice of piss.
track rod was 20quid including end.
u will need a : jack, axle stands, side cutters, wheel nut wrench, 19mm and 32 mm spanner
remove the wheels and jack up vehicle, cut the clips hgolding on the gaiter on t/rod, undo the ball joint end, (19mm) undo 32mm end.
get the old track rod and take off the end, counting the number of turns, then turn the new end on the new rod the same.
re fit and get vehicle tracked
