The button "Insert" also says "print Scrn"

I press it, then go to word so i can paste what i think i have copied and it ends up pasting what i copied earlier on i.e. nothing to do with the print screen.

Can any body help?... Should i be holding down other buttons like "Ctrl"?

Cheers

Have you got a Function button to press as well? Might be labelled as Fn?

Just a quick question. Is yr laptop under warranty? If not, FYI I am Dell Certified Sytems Expert (dont mean a lot tho!) and can source sum parts/upgrades should anyfin go wrong... all i'd need is the Dell Tag no fm bottom of laptop to source the correct parts. Can do them v cheap as well!
