Why u cuttin the bulkhead !!!
Dun a few conversions on corsas and never had to cut the bulkhead
Used a throttle body to airflow pipe from a 20xev vectra and fabricated a mouting plate for the throttle body

Doesnt the pvd kit come with a replacement for the sfi box? This means you don't need to cut the bulkhead!

The Ecotec pipe and fabricated bracket will fit without mods. However the Powercap is an easy bolt in solution, which can also offer power gains of 5-10bhp.

easy bolt on solution after u have cut about 4 foot of your bulk head away and relocated the brake pipe
top gear will sell u the easy bolt on solution in the form of the ecotec pipe and the mount for it
i know which is the easy bolt on solution

Yep thats right if u fit the powercap yes u have to cut bulkhead to get the engine in. Powercap looks better though i think! As said just need to bend brake pipes down out of the way!

How much does all this cost? How much is engine, gearbox, driveshafts etc.?also what else needs to be changed on a 1.2 8v to safely do this conversion?i am very tempted to do this as im pissed off with the puny little 1.2 lump being so slow!

sod the 5-10bhp power gains if i wanted power gains i'd fit throttle bodies, chip etc,i just want the engine in with as little hassle as possible but it seems that this m-tech kit causes more work than needed

I done mine myself using the pvd fitting kit & had no problems.
It took me about 15 mins to cut the hole out so the power cap would fit.
The cost was about £1500 all in.
What problems did you have using the kit?

whats hard about making your own engine mount , tiebar spacers, ecotec pipe adaptor and grinding a bit of a lip off rear engine mount, and it saves you money.
