i can't log onto the website for some reason.
i need to find the adress to write to to cancel a contract.

Have you got any software firewall running or anything ?

Cos I always need to disable my NIS before I am able to view the site properly and log on ...

All calls are charged at national rate.

Opening hours are:
8:30am and 60pm Monday to Friday
90am and 50pm on Saturday
Closed Sunday

always had problems with it. i've never seen one of my bills in nearly 2years.
i keep requesting new passwords, it confirms it has been changed, then wont recognise it when i try to log in.
