always had problems with it. i've never seen one of my bills in nearly 2years.
i keep requesting new passwords, it confirms it has been changed, then wont recognise it when i try to log in.

To cancel your contract with us, please call us on 08702 259 933. Follow the voice prompts and an agent will help with your disconnection request.

All calls are charged at national rate.

Opening hours are:
8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday
Closed Sunday

is o2 ure service provider? e.g im on o2 but through single point

Have you got any software firewall running or anything ?

Cos I always need to disable my NIS before I am able to view the site properly and log on ...
