i been cnsdiering bfo ...is it better than the 57i K7N?, will it affect economy?
what can i expect from it..any1 got 1 for sale for a corsa C

- why not just drill the airbox and get a panel filter - cheaper and proven to be just as good, if not better in most cases

i'm sure if drilling the airbox made that much of a difference companys would sell pre drilled airboxes.buy a bfo loads better

hey chewbaccaman, i see u have a piperx, wheres the sensor thingy lol, did u reset ECU? what happens if u dont? cos i hear that it auto adjusts itself??? right?..oh thx for ur help, i sold the alloys 2 graeme 2day £200 give him some lock nuts too

the sensor is pointing down at the mo that's why you can't see it.no i didn't reset ecu it runs fine.the acelaration is a lot smoother and responds better.i'm glad he bought your wheels mate nice lad is graham.so what you gonna spend the money on?

the problem is airboxes look wank and theres no way they r as loud as a bfo for example....

Depends wot u want though, if ur not bothered about showing ur engine bay or really loud induction then drilled airbox is better alternative to slight power increase.

Drilled airbox is best. I can notice the extra ooomph its given the car, response is excellent and makes a lovely burble noise like an Impreza Turbo when i put my foot down. No flat spots and definately pulls better all the way through. Induction kits are pants.

Air Box - Did i mention its FREE to do ..... and if you decied to get a Panel filter they are only £25. BFO is like £70

Hmm yeah is a slight price deference. but if its noise and turning of heads you want. Get BFO cone.
Also you will have a nice non mangaled Air box for putting your car back to standard for a sale

Or if you have an exhaust you could just get a straight through pipe (removing Silencer) for £50ish and that will make a nicer noise and is still cheaper than the BFO
