I just ordered some 17'' rims with 205/40/17 tyres, my car is lowered 40mm all round on spax springs and dampers, the offset on them is 45 so will i have:

Cut back the arches?
Remove the arch lining on the front?
take the top two bolts out of the rear arches?

If there is anything else i need to take into consideration please let me know.

no, just remove the top two arch bolts and you'll be fine
