i recon u will bneed the Hid transformer aswell.

it aint a simple case of bolting in the new lights.

check it out, cos i very much doubt that u will jsut bolt inthe headlamps and get HID power from them

Yup, If you look in most of the Vauxh brochures, its an extra £300-500 for Xenon headlights. this is because of the extra wiring loom needed for them to work. IIRC they run at a higher voltage, but use less power.

Also heared rumours of £80 per bulb prices for HID systems.

what about just fitting the lamps and using standard bulbs.do you think standard bulbs would go in?you wouldn't have to mess with wireing then

they might have diff connectors tho..from wat the standard lamps have and the hid ones, if the hids plug into a hid loom..if u get wat i mean ?

yeah get ya!! i used to work for avis rent a car and they should be getting some soon.might have to pop round and pop the bonnet and have a look
