I have a serious one. I am at a T junction waiting to turn right onto a main road. I turn right without signaling. Am I breaking any laws?

NIP must be given at time of offence, by service of NIP within 14days or service of copy complaint within 14days

14 days although it is really 17 cause they are allowed 3 days for postage over the weekend

If you are pulled over for speeding by a police car with a male and female officer inside, and one sais that he will let you off but the other butts in and says "no you're going to court" what do u do?

they wouldnt do that, theyd speak to each other while you cant hear, and come to a decision, they would row about it while your there, bit unprofessional really, but if they pulled you over then really they are gunna stick to the law

They did it to a friend of mine. He doesn't know what to expet now as he hasnt heard anything and it was about a week ago. His argument is that punto 1.2's dont dfo 102 mph
