two of my mates have supercharged saxos vts's, 1@200bhp and 1@230ish, 0-130 my c20xe corsa was the exact same as the 200 bhp but the othet beat me, thought i was gonna get wasted, , we did it 3times to make sure

mate i aint the wisest of people ( ) but theyre supercharged vts's! they are lighter cars and a 2.0ltr 16v standard puts out about 150bhp dont they? cant see a filter and exhaust wud make a lot of diff, maybe they aint very good at racing?

S/C VTS should do sub 14s 1/4 miles but crap start and I suppose ou'd have a small chance but ont he move you'd get humped

i wouldnt have believed it either i know wot the sax can do ,ive also got 1. we did it 3times 2 be fair with him in front ,me in front and so on, only way 2 prove is ask marko from SSC, it was his car

yesw im thinking this 2! doudt theres alot between 2l corsa and vts with a couple of engine mods.

maybe they wernt pushing thier cars or maybe they were just humoring you!

what are the differences between them. why does one have 230 and the other 200. also if they were mapped at GMC then they have pwr @ wheels no fly guess figure

markos car aint 200bhp! lmfao!

try more like 170/180bhp.

its still on standard pistons! and only has 1 extra injector.

PS - Andy Knight's 180bhp supercharged Saxo clocked up 0-100s in the region of 15 seconds at last year's Corsa Saxo day. The 2L Corsas were coming in around 18 seconds. A 2L Corsa keeping up with a 200bhp suprcharged Saxo? Fantasy matey!

Vibs, i dont think a s/c vts will do sub 14's, i'd say it should do low 14's.

A decent s/c vts would eat a 2.0 corsa for breakfast. My GTi on 17s isn't that highly modded and I still sit with 2.0 16v corsas easy enough.

its 151bhp@the wheels

done @ GMC

standard pistons and 1 extra injector

and he did race j4ldo, and to 130 they were even!

marko is not impressed.
