And I got raped by an old F reg Nova using a 2.0 16v which is much much much faster than the Corsa, being a lot lighter funnily enough..

Think Marko and J4LDO must have been on a different road than John!

Hes putting out approx 185bhp @ wheels! Not for much longer tho...

Supposedly he was that far ahead that he couldnt make out the type of cars he had just overtaken, just headlights in the distance!

He beat his old mans Boxter S the night before, do u think a 2.0 16v Corsa would pose that much of a threat!

DONT THINK SO!!!!!

a re-map after run in thats about it but trust me the car was designed to run easily over 200bhp at the wheels everything that can be done has been.

nick, no offence but what a pile of shite.

'Supposedly he was that far ahead that he couldnt make out the type of cars he had just overtaken, just headlights in the distance!' - you were right with the 'supposedly'......thats the biggest pile of shite i've heard. did john tell you that?

John was about 3 cars lengths in front of me and allan as he was right beside the SL500 (or whatever it was) and booted it, when we got to the sweeping turn before the roundabout he was about 6 cars length in front (and i even had to slow down for cunto Merc driver cos he wouldn't let me into his lane before i went into the back of the car i was almost at!).

I even said to allan the other night that i wasn't overly impressed with the speed of john's compared to ours.........

Picket, its John here......

No need for you to be impressed, you were never close enough to see what was going on!

J4LDO, nothin like 16k has been spent....

Any rematch any time boys.... if you want, lets get it on video to prove it!

haha, not close enough? bollocks.

considering you were 3 car lengths in front when you booted it and you were only about 6 in front coming up to the sweeping right bend before the roundabout.

no point in racing again
